I am honored each time I am asked to make a custom piece, because it gives me a greater connection to the wearer and to the soul of it’s creation.

I have made custom pieces for many different reasons, each unique to it’s wearer.
Some of the pieces I have made have been worn as:

Power Piece I have made several important necklaces for women who wanted something that represented them as strong women. Together we chose specific semi precious stones for their healing properties. Many say that these “power Pieces” have helped them to get through hard times.

Initiation piece These are sacred pieces specifically worn for the ceremony of becoming initiated, and reflect the intention set by the wearer. The creation of these pieces is powerful and very healing.

Marriage Ceremony Necklace- These usually combine the colors of the bride's flowers or other complimentary colors that will be used in the big day. The creation of these necklaces is such a joy and the necklace becomes a special keepsake that can either be handed down from mother to daughter or worn on special occasions such as wedding anniversaries.

Fertility-I made this piece for a woman having a hard time getting pregnant- I am happy to report that she became pregnant three months after the necklace was in her hands!

Coming of age-This was for a young girl whose mother wanted to have a special necklace made for her to represent her first moon blood.

Shamanic Power Animal, or totem/medicine piece These pieces represent beloved animals that may have spiritual or emotional significance to the wearer.

Blessingway Necklaces These necklaces are made to be worn by a pregnant woman during her birth. Each necklace carries a bead given to her from her friends. These beads represent the support that they offer her during her birth.

Memorial of a lost baby The mother wanted me to make her something that she could wear that would remind her that she was a mother to two children even though one had passed on, we together we worked on a symbol that would represent each child and I made a for her necklace using them.
