Yemaya is known as the Yoruba Mother of the Sea and the absolute inspiration for this piece.

The stones I used are a myriad of rich colors from the sea and once they were strung with the dolphin piece I felt that this was perfect.

The dolphin is a symbol of joy, of being able to ‘go with the flow’ free from worry. It is significant that they are mammals that live in water because water and the oceans are symbolic of our deeper emotions and the cosmic ocean of life.
Wearing the symbol of dolphin as a way of showing the intention to become more at one with joy, laughter and love.

Aquamarine: is a water stone and known as a stone of empowerment as it helps one to realize the power that comes from within. Aquamarine is a stone of courage and clarity and helps us with our throat chakra and the power of using our voice to speak up for ourselves.

Kyanite: Is one the the few stones that never needs energetic cleansing and is a stone that helps it’s wearer in meditation and in remembering their dreams.
Labradorite: is a magical stone, known for it’s abilities to help it’s wearer with past life recall,protection,grounding and shamanic journeying.
